About the Journal

Carl-Schmitt-Studien is an academic journal that is dedicated to consolidating research into the work of the German jurisprudent Carl Schmitt (1888-1985). Its principal objective consists in analysing and promoting studies of Carl Schmitt’s legacy that enhance a critical understanding and encourage further development of his work, as well as analysing its relevance for contemporary debates.

The journal appears online and publishes original contributions in Spanish, Italian, German and English. It is indexed in Dialnet, SciELO, SCOPUS, Latinindex, WorldCat, Deutsches Nationalbibliothek (DNB), Zeitschriftendatenbank (ZDB), Die Sächsische Landesbibliothek – Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek Dresden (SLUB) and Google Scholars.
